In order to increase the level of technical and technological level of health care through the introduction of engineering innovations and achievements of exact sciences Interdepartmental Laboratories were created.
1. Research and Studying Center «Cardiovascular Engineering»
The established Research and Studying Center of cardiovascular engineering unites scientific institutions: «National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery M. Amosov of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine», Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Institute of Electric Welding E. Paton of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
2. Laboratory of Functional Reserves of the Human Body
The activities of the laboratory are aimed at: conducting classes on the study of physiotherapy devices and techniques; practical research for writing course and diploma projects; checking the efficiency of student computer programs to determine the physiological parameters of human.
